Keter, established over 77 years ago, are a global leader and manufacturer of resin based durable consumer lifestyle products including patio and garden furniture and indoor and outdoor storage solutions, in a rapidly expanding market sector.

They produce well-known brands such as Curver, Stewart and Keter from manufacturing sites globally, and their well invested site in Banbury, Oxfordshire, which operates 24/7, and houses injection and rotational moulding technology and sophisticated robotics.

As a result of internal promotion, Keter are now seeking to recruit an Operations Director to play an instrumental role in the further development of this already successful manufacturing site, leading and delivering operational and supply chain strategies and driving continuous improvement to ensure business growth objectives and operational targets are met.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer Europe you will be responsible for a workforce of c180 across Manufacturing, Technical, Process Engineering, Quality & Health & Safety and Supply Chain, motivating, inspiring and empowering team members to realise their full potential by supporting their continued development. Driving operational excellence, the Operations Director will continue to embed the company culture and values – One Team, Accountability, Responsibility, Entrepreneurship and Agility.

Candidates must have proven senior Operational Leadership experience with broad functional experience ideally incorporating supply chain. This experience will have been gained in a high volume, complex manufacturing environment – injection moulding/plastics processing experience is advantageous but not essential.

Capable of delivering effective change management, you will demonstrate agility, energy and enthusiasm achieving success through inspiring teams to engage and contribute, driving operational strategy, operational excellence and continued profitable growth.
