We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to join an innovative SME operating within the electronics sector. Based at their premises in Hook, Hampshire, you will be responsible for ensuring the companys day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is a crucial leadership role that plays a key part in ensuring an organisation's operational effectiveness and profitability. Main Duties: Develop effective strategies that deliver the companys strategic goals. Ensure all operations that also include IT, ISO certifications, supply chain and health & safety adhere to legal standards, external industry regulations, and organisational policies Driving the constant improvement of operational processes to maximise efficiency and productivity. Direct the companys end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to optimise resource flow. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational departments to measure progress against strategic goals.
