Base pay range

Remote UK

£60,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + Holiday + Pension + Healthcare + Remote Working + Great working Culture + Autonomy

This is a brilliant opportunity for an Operations Director to join an exciting and rapidly growing company that offers autonomy and the chance to bring your strategy, implementation, and ideas.

The company delivers niche and popular software solutions in the fashion sector. All their processes are innovated and designed in-house by experienced software professionals. Due to increased demand, they are now looking to expand their senior leadership team to manage functions and oversee further growth.

In this role, you will manage supply chain management software projects, oversee a team of 10 (all remote), manage multiple projects simultaneously, oversee revenue and budgets, and provide insights to the MD, to whom you will report directly.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Operations Manager / Director with excellent knowledge of software/SaaS implementation and supply chain management. You should be a natural and expert people leader with the ability to drive teams forward and ensure success.
