Operations Director

who will play a key role in building and leading the operational framework that will drive their next phase of success. This is a pivotal leadership role. The Operations Director will own all aspects of our operational delivery

covering service, logistics, support, HR, finance, and internal processes. Youll be the glue between commercial ambition and operational execution, ensuring we scale sustainably and profitably. The Benefits Package:

: Build and scale core functions including our new warehouse, service centre, and configuration team Team Development

: Structure and lead teams across Sales Operations, Technical Support, Managed Services, HR and Finance Process & Service Excellence

: Drive service performance, OTIF, and customer experience through operational process design and optimisation Cross-Functional Ownership

: Lead all areas outside of Sales and Marketing Transformation & Growth Support

: Support large project mobilisation and post-win scaling Governance & Reporting

: Establish operational KPIs, controls, and reporting frameworks aligned to business targets The Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in multi-disciplinary operational leadership roles (Director / GM level) Track record in scaling service/ops functions within high-growth or transformation environments Strong background in supply chain, warehousing, and technical service delivery Practical, hands-on leader with strategic thinking and a strong execution bias Skilled in coaching, process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), and cultural change Able to thrive in entrepreneurial and fast Lemoncloud prides itself on partnering with places of work that encourage diversity, equality, and inclusion.
