We have afantastic new opportunity for a dynamic and experienced hands-on leader to takeour portfolio of UK managed pubs to new heights. As Operations Director, youwill play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pubs,ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving profitability, and fosteringa culture of excellence among our teams.

Reporting tothe COO, you will oversee all aspects of pub operations, identify opportunitiesfor growth and expansion, and develop and implement strategies to optimizerevenue, control costs, and maximize profitability across all our pubs.

We arelooking for a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced multi-site environmentwhere every day brings new challenges and opportunities to enhance ourcompetitive position in the market.

The successfulcandidate will:

  • Have provenexperience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, with astrong track record of success in operations management
  • Be strategic,commercial, and highly driven to achieve and exceed goals, a passionate andauthentic leader who will align their team to achieve success
  • Have a solidunderstanding of financial management, with the ability to analyse financialdata and make data-driven commercial decisions
  • Becommercial astute, differentiating our pubs in the market by developingdistinct brands for all pubs, each with its own unique identity, ambiance, andofferings
  • Be able toflex comfortably between tactical/ operational detail and long-term strategicplanning
  • Becomfortable with leading through change, whilst managing, improving, andoptimising operational values across the existing estate
  • Demonstrateprevious success in enhancing and driving guest satisfaction through servicestandards strategy & delivery
  • Be obsessedwith financial performance and implement/enforce cost control measures tomaximise profitability
  • Ensurecompliance with relevant laws and licensing requirements by staying up to datewith industry regulations and implement policies and procedures to ensure legalcompliance at all times
