Operations Director, Business Travel Sector, West London. A fantastic opportunity to join this medium sized, award winning, travel management company (TMC) with a superb culture and ambition to expand significantly in the years ahead.
This role will have around 4-5 direct reports with overall responsibility for a sizeable operations team across multiple sites (remote and office based) as well as a small technology team. This is s Senior Leadership role; responsible for building a world-class service platform that’s robust today and ready for tomorrow.
Operations Director Responsibilities
Set the strategic framework for operational excellence, workflow transformation and technology infrastructure as the business scales for the future. Build high performing teams with a culture of accountability and data driven decision making. Oversee service quality governance, ensuring SLA, KPI, and NPS targets are consistently exceeded. Define performance frameworks and support HR with internal succession planning and development Lead the technology infrastructure function, overseeing the companies security architecture and ensuring operational resilience.
