Recruiting for an Operations Transformation Director for a PE backed B2B SaaS business in London.

You will be a strategic and results-driven Operations & Transformation Director reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

• £140,000 base + opportunity to participate in equity plan
• London 2-3 days per week
• Reporting to Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational improvement initiatives to drive process optimisation, process efficiencies and cost optimisation
• Own the operational strategy and transformation agenda
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
• Own the automation roadmap by collaborating with the global business units to implement intelligent automation
• Drive AI adoption, piloting and scaling AI use cases to solve operational challenges and enhance decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to redesign key business processes for scalability, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to execute change management, training, and adoption of new tools and workflows.

Skilled required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, transformation, or consulting roles, with 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deep understanding of AI, automation technologies and process design tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci (Change Management) are a plus.
