As they continue to grow, they are seeking a strategic and operationally-minded leader to drive excellence in workforce planning and operational strategy. Role Overview: As the Operational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic workforce initiatives. You will be responsible for aligning operational capabilities with business goals, optimizing resource planning, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic workforce planning across the firm to support growth and client delivery. Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast resource needs and manage capacity. Drive continuous improvement across operational processes and systems. Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to support decision-making. Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in operational leadership within a consulting or professional services environment. Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities. Expertise in workforce management, resource planning, and operational delivery. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
