Engage senior stakeholders, leading Steering Groups and maintaining customer-centric focus. Drive outcomes that balance transformation with practical delivery.Commercial GrowthOwn and manage the P&L (portfolio typically £/€500k–£/€3m+). Partner with commercial colleagues to design compelling propositions, win opportunities, and shape major proposals with customer-first outcomes.People LeadershipLead and inspire a diverse delivery team across the UK, Ireland, and India.
