We are looking for a PA to the Director of People, Culture & Facilities based in our London Head Office.
About the Job
The PA to the People & Culture Director plays a key role in supporting the company's commitments to caring for people, the planet, CSR initiatives, and DEI strategies. Responsibilities include supporting the People & Culture Director and the People, Payroll, and Buildings Teams with secretarial and administrative duties, coordinating internal events, updating GDPR logs, recording breach notifications, supporting the Health & Safety Committee, and managing purchase orders and expense claims.

Essential qualifications:
- Proven PA or EA experience, preferably within Human Resources.
- Expert user of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with relevant software (e.g., HRIS, ordering and expense systems, video conferencing tools).
- Ability to exercise high confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and solution-oriented mindset.
