This role sits within a specialist practice focused on delivering world-class search campaigns and leveraging some of the latest tools and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Leadership: Oversee paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360. Ensure best practices, innovation, and performance excellence.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients and partners, offering strategic insights and thought leadership.
  • Team Development: Mentor and manage a hybrid team across markets, supporting career growth and fostering collaboration.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive automation, streamline processes, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic service development.

About You

  • Deep expertise in paid search platforms and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and performance media.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Experience managing hybrid teams across multiple markets.
