Paid Social Account Director - Digital Agency - London - £50-55k

This company are are growing and looking for a Digital Account Director (Client Services) to lead a portfolio of high-profile clients across a mix of industries. This is a standout opportunity for someone who thrives on strategy, communication, and cross-channel digital campaign management. This role would be focused on PPC and Paid Social.


The Role:

You’ll lead and nurture relationships across key accounts, acting as the key point of contact and strategic advisor. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll ensure exceptional service delivery and identify opportunities to grow each account.


Key responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contact for your clients – via meetings, Zoom, phone, and face-to-face
  • Own the client relationship – from reporting and strategy to client lunches
  • Develop tailored growth strategies across PPC and Paid Social
  • Project manage internal teams (PPC and Paid Social) to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and aligned with your strategic vision
  • Review and adjust deadlines and priorities based on client needs
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class delivery
  • Regularly report performance using Data Studio
  • Occasionally support with activation tasks when needed
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to expand and optimise client accounts


What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone with a passion for digital, great people skills, and strong strategic instincts.


  • Paid Social or PPC experience in a digital agency environment
  • Either:
  • A Client Services background with experience in PPC/Paid Social/Programmatic
  • Or hands-on Paid Media experience looking to transition into a Client Services role
  • Strong media planning knowledge across PPC, Paid Social, or Programmatic
  • Ability to create and communicate strategy, especially at C-Level
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and presentation skills
  • A client-first mindset – taking full ownership of account relationships
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • A dynamic, agile mindset – ready to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with large datasets and drawing insight from data
