Partnerships Director – Living Sector
Central London
£120,000-£140,000 plus strong bonus potential
Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Partnerships Director to lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing and networking collaborations across the living sector. This is a senior leadership role where you will shape and manage a partnerships network with lifestyle brands, wealth managers, family offices, private banks, healthcare providers, retirement advisors, real estate networks, and service providers to elevate the client’s brand, expand reach, and drive occupancy across their various communities.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in amplifying the client’s market position through strategic alliances, co-branded campaigns, and curated experiences that resonate with discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development:Identify and secure high-value marketing partnerships and networking with lifestyle brands, family offices, wealth managers, real estate agents, buying agents, financial planners, concierge services, healthcare networks, community groups and cultural institutions.
- Co-Marketing Campaign Leadership:Develop and execute partnership marketing programmes —such as property showcases, editorial features, digital campaigns that drive awareness, brand affinity, and qualified enquiries.
- Personal Relationship Management:Cultivate and manage long-term, high-touch relationships with key partners; hold personal responsibility for professional advisors, including family offices, private banks wealth managers, financial advisors, lawyers, local property partners and buying agents.
- Cross-Sector Collaboration:Work closely with Sales, Marketing & PR, Events, and Operational teams to deliver seamless execution and integrate partner activity into the broader business.
- Measurement:Define KPIs, track performance of partnership campaigns, and present results to key stakeholders.
- CRM:Set up and lead CRM process and if needed defining new software and working with the team and partners to ensure our management of our professional networks is second to none
- Team Management: Lead a team who already have deep networks and specific capabilities so that their capabilities expand and evolve.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years in strategic partnerships and business development, ideally within one of private banking, private client, IFA and hospitality.
- Deep understanding of the UK living sector.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with a network across relevant sectors.
- Highly polished communicator, both verbal and written, with a sophisticated grasp of market positioning.
- Ability and experience in CRM management.
- Experience in event partnerships, collaborations, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Background working with agencies, brand partners, and high-net-worth clientele.
