Role Overview The Partnerships Strategy Director will be based in Europe and report directly to the VP of Operations in the United States. This role is within the Global Partnerships division and is responsible for overseeing various operational functions across our European partner portfolio to ensure smooth and efficient processes across the division. Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing strategy teams: Oversee strategists and staff to drive revenue, create go‑to‑market strategies, generate creative opportunities, and deliver tailored client presentations. Project and process management: Manage multiple projects across senior sales leaders, implementing new initiatives and streamlining sales processes for maximum efficiency. Developing partnership programs: Create and manage cross‑platform partnership programs that align with client strategies and measurable brand objectives. Market and industry engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and associations, staying ahead of trends to enhance sales strategy and market presence. Collaboration and international perspective: Build strong relationships internally and externally, work across diverse cultures and time zones, and contribute to overall team success with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualifications
Significant experience of high‑level partnership industry experience in the sport, entertainment and/or live events is desirable – essential. Degree in Business, Management, Sales or Marketing – essential. Proven track record in creating long‑term, seven figure integrated marketing partnerships. Creativity to develop strategic and purpose driven solutions. Strong interpersonal abilities and excellent communication skills. Superior computer skills including macOS, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and various creative and web‑based software.
