Boardroom Advisors is a team of part-time professionals dedicated to helping Scale-ups and SMEs succeed. We aim to enable our Regional Directors and Advisors to achieve a desirable work/life balance.

If you are an experienced business person who has run their own company and have experience as a Consultant or Board Advisor, we want to hear from you.

There is no entry or joining fee for this opportunity, as this is not a franchise. Directors can run their own region as an Associate, building a team of Advisors, potential partners, and clients.

You should have energy and ideas, with strong skills in business development and sales. This role is flexible; most Regional Directors work 2-3 days/week alongside their own businesses. The plan is for the business to be owned by senior staff in 5-6 years, possibly via an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) or similar structure.

This role resembles a franchise but involves no franchise fee—it's entirely fee-sharing. As an Associate, you will operate your own region. Responsibilities include business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management, and customer service—with a key emphasis on sales ability.

Job Description

We already have over 150 senior Advisors across the UK capable of acting as part-time Operations, Commercial or Managing Directors, or Non-Executive Directors. Regional Directors may also serve as Advisors if desired.

We are seeking Regional Directors in several UK areas, especially London, East Midlands, and Scotland.
