A leading, fast-growing restaurant group known for its vibrant atmosphere, live entertainment, and authentic dining experiences is hiring a People Director to lead its people strategy through an exciting new phase of growth and expansion.
This is a pivotal senior leadership role for an experienced hospitality HR professional who combines strategic vision with hands-on influence across multi-site operations.
The Role Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead a 400-strong team’s people agenda across multiple high-profile London venues and new openings nationwide.
Your mission is to shape a high-performance culture grounded in hospitality, integrity, and growth.
