As the business continues to modernise and grow under private equity ownership, Voyage Care is seeking a People Director to join the Executive Leadership Team and shape the future of its people strategy.
The Opportunity This is a pivotal appointment, reporting directly to the Chief Executive. The People Director will lead a high-performing team of 30–40 professionals and take ownership of the transformation and delivery of the organisation’s full people agenda, including:
