Strategic Leadership
- Drive commercially-focused people strategy that supports growth targets AND long-term value creation
- Be the trusted advisor challenging thinking at Senior Leadership level
- Create business-specific People Plans with measurable ROI
- Champion "OneFocus" culture across multiple business units and acquisitions
- Lead organizational design, leadership development, and talent management
- Use data to proactively identify opportunities that boost engagement and productivity
- Own people integration strategy from due diligence to cultural onboarding
- Ensure smooth transitions, minimal disruption, maximum talent retention
- Turn acquisitions into growth accelerators
- Build a best-in-class People Advisory function
- Set the standard for complex employee relations
- Keep us agile, compliant, and ahead of the competition
The experience:
- Senior HR/People leader ready for Director-level impact
- PE-backed or high-growth tech/scale-up background preferred
- Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, cultural transformation
- M&A integration experience with TUPE knowledge
