Join to apply for the People Operations Director role at Omnicom Media Group UK. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. The People Operations Director will lead and elevate our centralised People Services Hub, a function that is 18 months old and full of potential. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive operational excellence in HR service delivery, drive and implement talent technology solutions (primary suite: SAP SuccessFactors), streamline key people processes, leverage people analytics insights to inform decision-making, and manage key reward and employee benefits projects. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and digital transformation in HR, driving efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the centralised People Services Hub, driving operational excellence in HR service delivery.
• Drive and implement talent technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, and streamline HR processes.
• Leverage people analytics insights to inform decision-making and reporting.
• Manage key reward and employee benefits projects.
• Provide strategic leadership and foster continuous improvement and digital transformation in HR.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior HR operations or shared services leadership role.
• Strong expertise in HR technology, preferably SAP SuccessFactors: systems implementation and process automation.
• Experience with people analytics, data-driven decision-making, and reporting.
• Knowledge of compensation, reward frameworks, and employee benefits administration.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of driving high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with complex HR structures.
• Competent understanding of UK employment law and compliance requirements.

Working Arrangements

Flexible Working: We support a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days remote) to meet the needs of both our people and the business. Standard working hours are 9:30–17:30, with core hours 10:30–16:30 to provide flexibility in how you manage your day (e.g., start at 8:30 and finish at 16:30, or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30). We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances.
