People Services Director Required January start, temporary full-time role. What You'll Do:
Lead with purpose: Take ownership of the HR agenda, covering recruitment, talent development, performance, payroll, and compliance. Drive transformation: Promote operational excellence and lead the charge on digital innovation. Prioritise wellbeing: Foster an environment where colleagues feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive. Influence at a strategic level: Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver an impactful People Strategy. Demonstrate impact: Oversee budgets and present key people metrics to the Corporation Board. Champion inclusion: Ensure diversity, equity, and belonging are embedded throughout the College experience.
What You'll Bring:
CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) and substantial senior HR leadership experience. Strong knowledge of employment law, safeguarding, and HR best practice. A proven ability to deliver organisational change and engagement initiatives. Excellent influencing skills and the confidence to lead across all levels. Experience driving digital HR transformation and working across multiple sites. Understanding of governance and reporting requirements within education or public sector environments.
