The Role

As People & Talent Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the people, culture and talent acquisition strategy for Cisilion. You will lead the People & Talent function, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team, wider management group and employees to ensure our people practices support our business goals and foster a positive, inclusive and high performing culture.

We have ambitious plans for our future and are embracing a period of high growth – developing and maintaining a strong culture has never been more important to the business as we aim to attract and retain some of the best talent in the industry.

Candidate Profile

You are a visionary People leader with a strong track record of building and scaling people operations in dynamic environments and in high growth organisations. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and are passionate about creating a workplace where employees are encouraged to perform their best and achieve their ambitions. You thrive in fast-paced and challenging environments, and are skilled at aligning People initiatives with business objectives and goals.

You embrace challenges and understand the role of People leadership to navigate growing pains. You are able to articulate People solutions to all levels from junior managers to Senior Leadership
