The business has gone through multiple funding rounds, expanded internationally and has a well recognisable brand. They're a market leader with diversified revenue streams including subscription services. As a result they're looking to bolster their growth function with a Performance Marketing Director.

This is a great role where you'll lead on scaling the businesses marketing strategy and growth across the function.

Responsibilities:

• Performance strategy and execution - across all areas of marketing strategy
• Campaign optimisation - including customer acquisition targets and more
• Performance tracking - using data and analytics to run A/B tests and improve LTV and CAC
• Building scalable processes and scaling a team
• Supporting the Growth Director with the next evolution of the firm including exit readiness

About you:

• Experience within a B2C business
• Proven track record in scaling marketing teams
• Strong analytical skills
