Our client, a dynamic and growing mid-sized consultancy, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director during an exciting phase of expansion.
This is a pivotal role, providing high-level support to a driven and personable MD. You'll act as a trusted right hand, managing complex diaries, coordinating extensive travel, and acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally.
The business currently employs around 100 people in the UK and is continuing to grow. The successful PA will play a crucial role in shaping new administrative processes and building strong relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, and client service is at the heart of everything they do. The PA will be part of a collaborative and professional team where your input and initiative will be highly valued. Employees work from home one day a week, with some flexibility if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Organising international and domestic travel
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and events
- Acting as gatekeeper and liaison point for the MD
- Supporting the development of operational and administrative processes
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers
About You
- Previous experience as a PA at senior level, ideally within a mid-sized firm or professional services environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-changing environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and working independently when required
