Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide efficient support in managing complex diary management and diary changes effectively, prioritising meetings where necessary. Screen and prioritise incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) Arrange and prepare for meetings - in person & on Teams. Communicate professionally with external key stakeholders and liaise effectively with internal teams in all areas of our business, building strong collaborative relationships and a wide network of support. Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries Expenses management: complete and submit expenses as required. Approve team’s expense, DTA & Mobility claims by proxy where required.
