Personal Assistant to Director of Campus Services

Are you a proactive, digitally savvy professional with a passion for organisation and people-focused service? We’re looking for a dynamic Personal Assistant to support the Director of Campus Services in a fast-paced, strategic environment.

As the linchpin of Campus Services, you’ll provide high-level administrative support, helping to shape strategic initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. From managing diaries and coordinating meetings to supporting key projects and communications, your role will be vital in driving excellence across our diverse service areas.

You’ll embrace digital tools and AI technologies to enhance efficiency and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Director and management team
  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel, and communications with professionalism
  • Coordinate project timelines, communications, and documentation
  • Monitor KPIs and support performance tracking
  • Champion health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Promote Campus Services offerings and support stakeholder engagement
  • Participate in team meetings and development initiatives

Person Specification

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Discretion in handling confidential matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools, including Copilot

Experience & Education:

  • Proven experience in business administration
  • QCF Level 5 qualification or equivalent vocational experience
