Awareness of current business agenda to reprioritise quickly when necessary.Screening emails, calls & managing calendar invites, responding and prioritising as necessary on their behalf.Focused on Director/s requirements and able to manage conflicts by agreeing priorities upfront and positively managing team relationships.Liaising with internal & external customers, adapting your style to meet the needs of individuals to ensure swift and effective outcomes.Willing, proactive, adaptable approach to taking on a variety of special tasks and projects, following them through and delivering them to deadline.Uphold a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, and employee relations.Responsible for business area administration on behalf of Director/s including but not limited to, preparing agendas, collation & distribution of documentation, taking minutes and managing actions.Overseeing all expenses and invoice management for the business area and working closely with support functions and the teams to ensure timely, accurate and compliant completion.Providing some support and guidance to wider teams where required.Play an active role in social events for the business area and away days to support a positive culture & team morale.Organise travel arrangements and accommodation as requested.Work collaboratively with the other Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistants and providing cover for team annual leave as and when required.Providing (minimal level/ rare occasions) personal administrative actions to enable Director to focus on business priorities.Who you are:Professional, positive, and approachableConfident at being the gatekeeper to your Director/s time and managing expectationsProactive and re-active in a constantly changing fast paced environmentPacey, while keeping an eye on the detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, both internally and externally, ensuring high level of accuracyCollaborative team player who is also mature enough to work aloneTolerant, professional, flexible, and resilient approach to changesAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to multitask and can operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentEffective at negotiating with and to achieve optimum business results and outcomesWorks effectively in teams to achieve business resultsCapable of building strong internal and external networks and client relationshipsKnowledge and ExperiencePrevious Personal Assistant at Board level experienceExperience within the fashion retail sector (desirable)Excellent range of IT Skills (Esp.
