As we continue to expand and build on our success, we are now looking for a professional, experienced Personal Assistant to support our two busy, hard-working Directors. The Role The Personal Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the Directors’ day-to-day responsibilities, enabling them to focus on driving the businesses forward. You will be highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day support to both Directors. * Manage and coordinate diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments. * Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed. * Organise and prioritise emails, drafting responses where appropriate. * Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. * Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required. * Assist with project management tasks and help ensure deadlines are met. * Support with general administrative duties to ease the Directors’ workload.
