OverviewPersonal Assistant to the Director of EducationResponsibilitiesWork with the Director of Education to support Church of England schools and trusts.Liaise with the Diocesan Board of Education (DBE) Staff Team and our Diocesan Schools Consultants.Provide complex and confidential administrative support and ensure smooth operation of board and committee activities.Occasionally work from home with the option to be based at the offices in Northampton, especially on days when courses and meetings of the Board and its committees take place.Requirements / QualitiesHighly skilled, well organized, resilient and reliable with experience as a Personal Assistant.Interest in Church school education and ability to handle sensitive information.SafeguardingThe Diocesan Board of Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
