Purpose of the Role

This role plays a pivotal part in the day-to-day management for one of our largest premium automotive clients. It serves as a key lead in delivering outstanding communications planning, supported by a Planning Manager, and is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end campaign process for our clients. This includes brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and tactical volume-driving campaigns. Additionally, this role requires building and maintaining productive, successful relationships with our clients' partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Through developing a deep understanding of the clients' business & brand, lead the communications planning and day-to-day management of allocated brand, product and tactical campaigns.
  • Responsible for championing iProspect's experimentation agenda and using our Media++ planning process to deliver effective & forward-looking communications plans alongside outstanding client service
  • Ensure we deliver excellence in all aspects of the end-to-end campaign process, working closely with strategists and teams across all specialist channels so that all work we deliver for our clients is of the highest standard and that is upheld throughout the team.
  • Be a role model for collaboration, showing that radical collaboration leads to better work, working with teams across all specialist areas to develop pioneering solutions that help accelerate the clients' business.
  • Operational and financial accuracy are critical to this role in terms of ensuring our clients budgets and plans are well managed and that we have POs and bill on time.
  • Directly manage the planning team members below you (Planning Manager & Executive) and take responsibility and care for their career development.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Extensive experience of developing and nurturing client relationships and leading planning across all media channels.
  • Experience planning across multiple markets.
  • Experience in both brand and performance advertising is desired.
  • Practitioner experience in at least one performance media channel.
  • You will be familiar with ad technology, planning tools, and channel nuances.
  • Experienced in people management.
  • Desire to always be looking for a better, more effective way and a willingness & bravery to try something new, experimenting & innovating to drive greater future success for our clients and ourselves.
