What are we looking for?
- 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise IT leadership, with significant exposure to FMCG or global matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders, leading large cross-functional teams, and delivering enterprise-scale programs.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to build business cases and manage digital investments.
- Proven leadership in building high-performing teams and influencing in a highly matrixed environment.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Executive Leadership & Governance: Serve as the digital executive partner to the General Managers of the five PNE clusters, influencing strategic priorities and ensuring digital is embedded in core business decision-making.
- Team Leadership & Talent Management: Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Cluster Leads, fostering a high-performance culture that drives accountability, autonomy, and capability building across regions.
- Enterprise-wide Alignment: Translate regional strategy into actionable cluster roadmaps. Ensure alignment of local digital investments with global programs and platforms, optimising for scalability and speed.
- Digital Strategy Cluster Accountability: Own the full digital agenda for the PNE clusters - including Core, Growth, and Transform initiatives - ensuring timely delivery, measurable business value, and high-quality adoption.
- Cluster Governance & Prioritisation: Chair cluster-level digital governance boards to drive strategic alignment, resource prioritisation, and issue resolution. Serve as the escalation point for decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Change Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted transformation leader for the PNE organization, driving buy-in and adoption across senior stakeholders. Bring in external trends and benchmarks to challenge and evolve internal thinking.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure continuous improvement of digital operations across clusters, leveraging data-driven insights, process excellence, and regional synergies.
