FD Recruit is partnering with a growing, owner managed SME based in Sheffield to appoint a Portfolio Finance Director who will play a key role in supporting the leadership team during a period of exciting growth and transformation. The company designs productsin the UK with production overseas. This is a part-time engagement, expected to start at one day per week with flexibility to scale up or down based on business needs. Ideally the Finance Director will be able to spend some time on-site. The role would suit a Finance Director or CFO who will workclosely with the co-founders and leadership team to help shape the financial strategy for the next phase of growth, bringing a commercial mindset and robust financial leadership to the business. TheFinance Director will have the following responsibilities: Establish and embed financial processes and internal controls to support scalable growth.
