What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Prospect and acquire new clients within your designated vertical, establishing Nobul as a trusted partner.
• Strategise for Success: Develop and execute total talent solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build Partnerships: Cultivate strong, long-term recruitment relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
• Collaborate and Deliver: Work closely with our delivery and marketing teams to create scalable, effective recruitment processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in recruitment or sales within a specific vertical (e.g., Green Tech, Manufacturing).
• Strong commercial acumen and a knack for creative problem-solving.
• Experience in developing and executing talent strategies that deliver results.
• Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and client management skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and build processes from the ground up.

What Success Looks Like:

• Launch and operationalise a new vertical, securing at least five new clients
• Help build and implement a scalable recruitment delivery function
