Practice Lead / Technical Director (Modern Workplace & Business IT) - Player-Manager Location: Camberley (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) Salary: £70,000–£75,000

We’re seeking a player-manager Technical Director to lead the technical direction and delivery for a high-performing Managed Services branch (£5m+ annual turnover). This is a hybrid role where you’ll be hands-on, lead projects, and manage a small technical team. Role Breakdown: 50% Hands-on consultancy and technical delivery across Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies (M365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Endpoint Management, Security & Compliance, Windows 365). 40% Project leadership , overseeing solution architecture, delivery lifecycle, and client engagements. 10% People management , mentoring and managing a team of three technical consultants to ensure quality, growth, and retention.
