Job Title: Pre-Construction Director – South/ South West London
Location: South/ South West London (Hybrid with client site visits)
Salary: £125,000 – £175,000 base + up to 50% quarterly bonus

The Role
We are seeking a commercially astute, client-facing Pre-Construction Director to lead front-end engagement across projects in London. You will play a pivotal role in shaping proposals, managing pitches, and steering pre-construction activity to secure and convert business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the pre-construction process from initial client contact through to contract award.

Own and deliver compelling bids and presentations, acting as the face of the business in pitch scenarios.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
