Your New Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and development. Working closely with the year group team and SENDCo, you'll lead small-group interventions, deliver whole-class learning, and contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for someone who can:
Deliver engaging learning activities to whole classes and small groups
Support pupils with special educational needs, ensuring access to learning
Evaluate and assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
Assist in the development of Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans
Promote inclusion, independence, and self-esteem among pupils
Maintain a purposeful and supportive classroom environment
Prepare and manage resources for lessons and interventions Whether you're already an HLTA or a TA looking to step up, training and support will be provided.
