Private Client Solicitor or Director Location: Newhaven office or other local office (some home working available) Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full-time / Part-time The Solicitors are an independent, award-winning law firm offering legal advice and help to both individuals and businesses across Sussex. Their core purpose is to attract quality clients with good quality work in a good working environment The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Practitioner or Solicitor or Director to join their friendly Private Client team. The role is intended to be based in their Newhaven office but could be based in another of their offices and some home working will be available. The role has a mixed private client caseload and may cover for example (depending on experience) probates, intestacies, taxable estates, wills, LPAs, Court of Protection, Trusts and management of clients affairs; therefore a candidate who has a range of experience would be ideal. The successful candidate will work alongside other Solicitors / Practitioners within Private Client and will work with and report to the Directors and Head of Department.
