Provide bespoke tax advice to private clients. Develop and implement tax‑efficient strategies. Maintain and enhance client relationships through excellent service. Promote the company's tax services in Guildford and beyond. Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and implications for clients. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals. Work closely with other departments to provide integrated services to clients. Engage in business development initiatives to attract new clients.

Qualifications
