We are seeking a dynamic Product Management Director to join our team. This is primarily a remote role, attending the office location in Londonderry as needed.

Product Management Director – Document & Workflow Automation, Londonderry, Northern Ireland

Responsibilities

  • Own feature development end-to-end: from discovery and problem framing through scoping, delivery, and iteration.
  • Translate strategic product themes and roadmap priorities into actionable user stories and detailed requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the AI product lead and engineering teams to deliver technically complex capabilities.
  • Conduct product discovery with internal and external stakeholders to validate pain points and potential solutions.
  • Prioritize work based on strategic value, user impact, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with UX and design teams to ensure solutions are intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly.
  • Track success metrics and inform product decisions through data and user feedback.
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing and sales enablement to support go-to-market planning.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with platform or automation technologies.
  • Experience in intelligent document processing, workflow automation, and/or knowledge management.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong technical fluency – can collaborate confidently with AI/ML teams and engineering.
  • Proven ability to own features end-to-end in a complex product ecosystem.
  • Skilled in writing user stories, managing backlogs, and scoping MVPs.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management experience.
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-autonomy, ambiguous environments.
  • Highly organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Deep knowledge of natural language processing, machine learning and generative AI.
  • Exposure to matrixed organizations.
