We seek a Product Marketer to support a strategic partnership with a prominent international B2B events organisation, assisting their North American division. You will work as a vital member of a 12-person team, focusing on optimising attendee revenue for two event portfolios and driving growth initiatives.What you will be doingDevelop and manage the commercial strategy and delivery for events, propositions, and products.Understand customer needs, market trends, and competition to create compelling propositions and B2B offerings that drive growth and revenue uplift.Research and analysis: conduct market research, size markets, analyse customer needs, and evaluate competitor offerings to identify opportunities and define segmentation/target audiences.Proposition development: create and refine value propositions (ticket pricing, add-ons), including product features, pricing, and marketing strategies.Business case development: build robust business cases with financial analysis to justify investments and project impact on commercial outcomes.Cross-functional collaboration: work with marketing, sales, product development, technology, legal, and compliance to ensure proposition development and launches.Programme management: participate in project teams to deliver propositions on time and within budget, often as the business lead.Performance monitoring: partner with Data Strategists to assess proposition success and identify improvements.Stakeholder management: communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in, including briefings and pitches.What you need to be great in this roleStrategic thinking: ability to develop a clear vision for propositions and align with business objectives.Commercial acumen: understanding of financial analysis and revenue growth opportunities.Analytical skills: ability to assess market data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.Communication: excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.Project management: experience managing projects from concept to completion.Customer focus: deep understanding of customer needs and advocacy throughout the proposition lifecycle.Stakeholder management: ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and levels.Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.Understanding of tracking customer journeys across channels, including journey analytics and tagging; familiarity with GA and Adobe.Desire to continually learn and push boundaries; interest in behavioural science approaches and data-driven delivery.Confident in a fast-paced, changing environment; collaborative team player with an open mind.Our valuesAmbitious to succeedImaginative to push boundariesInspirational to do groundbreaking workAlways learning and listening to understandResults-focused to exceed expectationsActively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creationsEEO statement: OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential.
