Our AI Data Services Team delivers high-quality, multimodal training data and services to power AI. The Production team collaborates with Sales and Operations to scale services and deliver high-impact AI solutions.

Where You’ll Work

Hybrid work arrangement: in-office in central London 3 days a week, with remaining days remote. Authorization to work in the UK is a precondition of employment.

What You’ll Do

Lead LILT’s AI Data Solutions function as Production Director. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI Data Services programs. Own process, tooling, and talent implementation to deliver high-quality multimodal data and services. Drive presales, customer acquisition and success, and program execution against SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Engagement: Act in a consulting role to understand needs, gather requirements, develop programs, identify risks and mitigation plans, advise on operational best practices, own commercial aspects, design PoCs, manage production KPIs and quality assurance.
  • Innovation: Track technology trends relevant to multilingual data solutions and AI.
  • Enablement: Drive onboarding programs, grow opportunities with existing customers, align offerings and resources for upsell, drive continuous improvement, address performance shortfalls with SCRs, RCA, CAPA, and ownership of resolutions.
  • Quality Management: Deliver high-quality delivery against Quality SLAs, remediate issues, drive quality strategy and reporting, address vendor performance issues.
  • Leadership: Onboard and mentor teams, lead hiring, conduct performance reviews, align with corporate goals.

Skills And Experience

  • At least 5+ years in a leadership role focusing on multilingual AI applications
  • At least 7+ years’ people management experience
  • Strong understanding of applied data science, ML, Gen AI, LLM prompting, RAG
  • Storytelling and business value articulation for operational and executive audiences
  • Design and deployment of production workflows for high-quality AI services
  • Experience deploying multilingual data solutions (LLM, text, speech, image, video) for various use cases
  • Proven expertise in AI-enabled localization and data labeling solutions
  • Passion for expanding AI applications and problem solving
  • Ability to communicate and influence executives and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of localization platforms/tech (CAT, TMS, TM, MT, LMS, CMS, LLM)
  • Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments
