About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Programme Director to lead and evolve our strategic transformation agenda. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-moving, private equity-backed business, where you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives aimed at driving value and improving our client and employee experiences. Projects might include product launches, systems implementations, process transformation or pricing and commercial optimisation. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our programmes while staying close to the detail and delivering real results.

Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Programme Management: Refine objectives, KPIs, and tracking tools; establish structured management approach; manage small team of Project Managers.
- Prepare Robust KPI Reporting: Develop KPI tracking systems; simplify data; provide insights.
- Engage and Empower Teams: Introduce tooling; build confidence; foster relationships across functions.
- Be a Hands-On Contributor: Offer critical thinking; step into projects; unblock delivery; facilitate workshops; create scalable approaches; support analysis and narrative building.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
