Venn Group is working with a leading NHS Trust to recruit an experienced Programme Director to successfully lead multiple refurbishment projects.
Daily rate: £60.00 through an umbrella company Duration: 8 months Location: London
The successful candidate will: Deliver the major works capital programme Provide expert advice and explore opportunities for land, property and estate matters Manage Trust Estate Capital Programme and have budget responsibility for the annual plan Have budget management responsibility for the Estates Capital Programme and be accountable to Director of Estates and Facilities Provide Management and leadership as well as leading on the development of capital strategies and policies for the directorate Accountable for the procurement of the services of professional teams to facilitate all aspects of the estates capital programme and meet the Trust’s SFI’s Work closely with internal colleagues, stakeholders and external partners to ensure that all Estate implications are considered, as part of any capital works Provide excellent delivery that supports corporate community developments
