New Today

Are you an experienced Programme Director with the rare ability to combine executive-level influence with hands-on delivery? Can you lead a complex, global transformation that touches over 100 brands, multiple platforms and teams across two continents?

We're looking for a contract Programme Director for our platform migration to lead a strategically critical 18 month migration programme. You'll lead the delivery of our new subscriptions management platform, managing migrations across both UK and US brands while ensuring compliance, customer-centricity and commercial growth.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to our Customer Digital Director in Subscriptions, you'll lead a programme team spanning project management, marketing operations, technology and brand stakeholders. Your challenge is to keep delivery on track, ensure priorities are clear and each brand's migration completes with minimal disruption to customers.

As the Programme Director, you will oversee the successful design, governance and delivery of our subscriptions platform migration programme. This is a business-critical transformation that spans more than 100 brands across multiple markets and requires both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership and organisation.

You will lead a portfolio of brand migrations, managing a core programme team that includes the US Programme Manager and two Marketing Migration Leads. You will direct this team to ensure their work is in consideration of the roadmap and programme outcomes.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • 10+ years of programme/project leadership experience in digital, IT or subscription-based businesses.
  • Proven success delivering transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of agile delivery and programme governance.
  • Hands-on experience working directly with technical delivery teams.
  • Work across time zones with occasional early or late meetings
  • Knowledge of how to analyse and interpret data
  • Experience with platform migrations or large-scale system implementations.
  • Experience balancing commercial, regulatory and customer needs in decision-making.
