Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the overall RPA/AI programme strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and digital transformation objectives. Oversee a portfolio of projects, with a focus on Microsoft Applications, ensuring successful delivery across scope, time, and budget. Provide strategic leadership and vision to cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and collaboration. Manage programme-level risks, dependencies, and change management efforts. Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication across executive and operational levels.
