Programme Integration Director - HR Transformation

Do you have a strong HR transformation background, ideally having led payroll and reward implementations?
A public sector organisation based in central London is currently recruiting a Programme Integration Director – HR Transformation on a 10 month interim basis.
This will be on a day rate of £900 - £1100 per day inside IR35 (umbrella). They will offer hybrid working with 3 days per week on site required.
Role Summary:
The Programme Integration Director leads the horizontal coordination across interdependent programmes (Pay and Reward review - and Programme SAPphire – ERP implementation) to ensure strategic alignment, seamless integration, and consistent delivery.
This role is pivotal in enabling enterprise-wide transformation by fostering collaboration, managing cross-cutting dependencies, and ensuring that change is embedded and sustained beyond programme closure. Note this role is not about delivery, but about establishing infrastructure and governance.

Drive strategic alignment across key programmes to ensure cohesive delivery of organisational objectives Lead integration planning and execution across programme workstreams, ensuring interdependencies are identified and effectively managed
