Programme Integration Director (pay and reward / ERP) Location: City of London Job Type: Temporary (initially until July next year, with potential for extension) Hybrid, full time Day Rate: £900–£1,100 Our local authority client is seeking a Programme Integration Director to lead the horizontal coordination across interdependent programmes, including Ambition 25 (Pay and Reward review) and Programme SAPphire (ERP implementation). This role is pivotal in enabling enterprise-wide transformation by fostering collaboration, managing cross-cutting dependencies, and ensuring that change is embedded and sustained beyond programme closure. Day-to-day of the role: Drive strategic alignment across key programmes to ensure cohesive delivery of organisational objectives. Lead integration planning and execution across programme workstreams, ensuring interdependencies are identified and effectively managed. Map interdependencies across corporate programmes and work with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to coordinate a corporate response to any potential conflicts.
