Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Business Transformation Programme Director to join our Global Corporate team. This role will drive the success of large‑scale internal transformation programmes by developing a global standard approach and methodology. The role is pivotal in shaping, leading, and driving complex transformations, engaging C‑suite stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Experience in change management is essential. Lead and define the strategic direction for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Establish a governance structure that promotes transparency, strategic alignment, and executive oversight. Drive effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels, including the C‑suite, and maintain consistent communication workflow. Oversee the development and implementation of integrated plans that align with the strategic objectives of transformation projects. Define, track, and report the value case for large transformation programmes, ensuring value initiatives are realised and reported accurately. Define, engage, and track business readiness criteria through all phases of the transformation programme. Oversee vendor and budget management, guiding stakeholders on vendor partnerships for digital transformation initiatives. Champion the adoption of best‑in‑class programme management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and collaboration. Use data and AI to drive programme insights, improve ways of working, and enhance reporting and oversight.
Experience In The Following Skills
Experience in Management Consultancy and/or complex global businesses. Extensive experience working with C‑suite stakeholders and a deep understanding of programme governance, executive governance, integrated planning, value case development, and programme management tooling. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization. Lead and delivered large scale programmes. Highly detailed orientated individual.
