Job Description
We are looking for a Project Director to join our Infrastructure Cost Management team in London. In this key position you will provide leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.
- Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team, leading inclusively and leveraging a range of perspectives.
- Identify, coach and mentor talent to realise their potential and celebrate others’ success.
- Model a One Business culture and achieve great outcomes by balancing people, clients, shareholders and society.
- Act with the highest integrity, caring for the safety and wellbeing of others.
- Maintain detailed understanding of the market, act as a brand ambassador and create a pipeline of opportunity.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
- FRICS/MRICS preferred.
- Experience in cost management, programme, and project leadership.
