Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Infrastructure Cost Management team; promote Turner & Townsend values.
• Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team, leveraging diverse perspectives and knowledge.
• Identify, coach and mentor talent and celebrate others’ successes.
• Model a One Business culture and drive outcomes balancing people, clients, shareholders and society with integrity and safety.
• Maintain detailed understanding of the market, act as a brand ambassador and create a pipeline of opportunity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• FRICS/MRICS (Preferred)
