Oliver Sanderson is partnering with a leading engineering services organisation to appoint a Project Director to lead and expand a growing programme of projects across local authority contracts in the North of England.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the senior operational board. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex construction and retrofit projects, while steering business growth and building a Regional Centre of Excellence.

Key areas of focus:

Lead and grow a portfolio of public sector decarbonisation and minor works projects. Deliver projects from feasibility, planning and funding applications through to construction and handover. Support commercial and contractual negotiations, ensuring alignment with project goals and legal obligations.
